Åboulevarden
Åboulevarden in the heart of Aarhus is simply filled with charming cafés and nightlife, while also offering exciting shopping along the riverfront. The scenry is quite unique, and due to its wonderful location, this is where you will find one of the most beautiful and attractive restaurant and nightlife settings in Denmark.

Giber Stream
Giber Å (stream) is placed in Moesgård Skov (forest). Take the bus to Skovmøllen (watermill). Follow the road, pass "laksetrappen" (the salmon stairs) up along the stream into the forest.

Brabrand Lake
Enjoy fitness, wild life and nature at the Brabrand Lake in Aarhus. The Brabrand Lake is a rather long, nutritious, shallow lake, situated in the eastern part of Aarhus Ådal (Aarhus Stream Valley) that stretches from the open country west of Aarhus right into the middle of Aarhus.

Aarhus River Valley
The Aarhus river valley is mainly cultivated fields and meadows, and a couple of woods and bog areas. The area is about 358 hectares that was preserved in 1983 to stop further building, keep the valley profile, and to open the area to the public through paths.

Geding Lake
Geding Lake is located north west from the city of Aarhus. The place is suitable for fishing and walks in the area. There is a large wonderful grass area down towards the lake, where you can enjoy your lunch, a nap or the silence of nature.

Egå Engsø
Egå Engsø - once meadows - now a beautiful lake area in the suburbs of Aarhus. A huge area of protected bird species.
