Marselisborg Palace
Marselisborg Castle belongs to the Danish royal family and is beautifully located at Marselisborg Memorial Park in southern Aarhus. Marselisborg Castle was built in 1902 and was the people's wedding gift to King Christian X and Queen Alexandrine.

Marselisborg Forests in Aarhus
South of Aarhus a forest belt streches 7 kilometres along the coast. The part of the forest near the city is known as Marselisborg Skovene (the Marselisborg Forests). The large, continuous and old beech stands which can be seen in this area are quite unique in Denmark.

Marselisborg Deer Park in Aarhus
