Come and see how the count and his staff celebrated Christmas one hundred years ago and join in on some of the exciting activities that are going on during weekends. Have a taste, when the manor kitchen is serving delicious and traditional Christmas cakes, Christmas dishes, Danish angel wings, and Christmas pancake puffs, buy decorations or a Christmas tree, or cut out historical Christmas decorations.
Museum Østjylland in Grenaa invites you in for an exciting elf hunt and speaks about Christmas themes.
And do not miss paying a visit to Ree Park Safari, which is open for Christmas on all four weekends before Christmas. Come along and wish the animals a Merry Christmas, find lovely Christmas presents for the kids in the gift shop, and see if you can locate Santa who stops by with mouthwatering Christmas treats.
Bring your children to Fregatten Jylland. Make your very own rope there, listen to the story about being a ship’s boy aboard the ship, and while listening to the new audio guide, you can have a cup of nice, warm glögg and a couple of Christmas pancake puffs.
On 20 and 21 December, Kattegatcentret has a Christmas market that will make it possible for you to feel the Christmas spirit among the sharks.
