The frigate Jylland is a historic naval vessel from 1860 – built for war, used as a royal yacht, and preserved as a museum. Today, it lies moored in Ebeltoft, where visitors can explore the ship’s many decks and experience life at sea, traditional craftsmanship, and maritime technology from a defining period in Danish history – the Schleswig Wars.

Scandinavian Wildlife Park on Djursland is probably Denmark's most natural wildlife park. Relax and enjoy close encounters with animals in a spacious environment - naturally! Here you can see polar bears, brown bears, wolves and foxes, among others.

Munkholm Zoo Djursland is a nice place where you can find animals, which normally belong on a farm such as calves, pigs, sheep, goats, geese, and ducks. There are also exotic animals such as raccoons, coaties, small kangaroos, monkeys, and birds.

The Museum Østjylland in Grenaa is temporarily closed, but will reopen its doors to visitors on 24 June 2026.
