The Church of our Lady

The Church of our Lady

The monastery here was set up by Dominican monks and was first mentioned in 1246 but was probly established in 1227. The Church of Our Lady now occupies the south wing of the relatively well preserved monastery buildings.

The Church Christianskirken in Aarhus

This modern church with its characteristic sixsided tower (32m) has a long history. It started out as a little chapel on Randersvej in Aarhus in 1895, and was enlarged and consercrated in 1913, dedicated to King Christian X.
