What is White Guide, and who is behind it?
White Guide is the Nordic region's leading restaurant guide and an important player in the development of gastronomy and restaurant culture in the region. The guide reviews and highlights the best restaurants based on quality, creativity and overall experience – with a focus on food, service and atmosphere.
White Guide is run by a Swedish organisation, which published the first guide in Sweden in 2005. Since then, the concept has grown to encompass the entire Nordic region, and White Guide has now established itself as a respected voice and standard within Nordic gastronomy.
