Marselisborg Memorial Park
The Memorial Park is just below the castle grounds (Marselisborg Palace), facing out over the Bay. Marselisborg Palace and Park is during the summer residence of the Royal family.

The Botanical Garden in Aarhus
The Botanical Garden in Aarhus is a green oasis just to the west of Den Gamle By "The Old Town Museum" the Urban Museum in the centre of Aarhus. It is open to the public all the year round and is well worth a visit in all seasons of the year.

Forstbotanisk Have is a green oasis which is 'hidden' behind Marselisborg Palace' garden and Marselisborg Memorial Park and was established in 1923.

Mølleparken in Aarhus
The Mølleparken park is a living, green space within the city. In its central location by the Aarhus river, where the Aarhus Mill lay originally, the Mølleparken has a special role in the history of the city.

Rådhusparken was brought when the Aarhus city hall was build in 1942. The architects behind city hall Arkitekterne Arne Jacobsen and Erik Møller, had a vision of also having a garden and park by the city hall.

Marselisborg Deer Park in Aarhus
South of the Aarhus city, in the Thors woods which are part of the larger Marselisborg-Moesgaard forest, lies the Deer Park. The area houses a wonderful population of sika and fallow deer which you can get really close-up to. The wild boars live in their own enclosure.
