Aarhus Cathedral
The structure of Aarhus Cathedral, Aarhus Domkirke, has a long history. The cathedral is dedicated to St. Clemens, who was the Roman Pope 100 a.d. who died as a martyr when he was drowned with an anchor tied to his neck.

The Church of our Lady
The Church of our Lady was originally called St. Nicolaj's Church and is Aarhus' oldest church. The Church of our Lady is made up of three spaces; the crypt church, the central church space and the monastery church. The Crypt Church is the oldest part, and can be dated back to 1060.

The Church Christianskirken in Aarhus
This modern church with its characteristic sixsided tower (32m) has a long history. It started out as a little chapel on Randersvej in Aarhus in 1895, and was enlarged and consercrated in 1913, dedicated to King Christian X.
