If you would like to visit museums and explore attractions while bringing your dog along, there are several places in the Aarhus Region where you can enjoy wonderful experiences together. Whether you are interested in culture, action, or speed.
Your dog is welcome at many attractions, but there are also places where there are special rules and considerations to take into account. For example, your dog is allowed to enter Den Gamle By, but must stay outside when you visit the houses.

Frigate Jylland – a Living Museum Ship from the 19th Century
The frigate Jylland is a historic naval vessel from 1860 – built for war, used as a royal yacht, and preserved as a museum. Today, it lies moored in Ebeltoft, where visitors can explore the ship’s many decks and experience life at sea, traditional craftsmanship, and maritime technology from a defining period in Danish history – the Schleswig Wars.
You can find Djursland for Fuld Damp in the old station in the small town of Allingåbro on Djursland. It is an experience and activity offer reminiscent of the past, full of coziness and nostalgia.
