Molshøjgård offers 3 newly built spacious and large apartments on a large ground surrounded by open spaces with a view to Kalø Vig and magnificent scenery right outside the door. The farm lies next to Nationalpark Mols Bjerge with breathtaking lookouts, bicycle routes, hiking routes and many hiking suggestions. A place with peace and serenity.
About 3 km from Molshøjgård you will find Rønde town with good shopping options, restaurants and 1 km away Nappedam Marina is placed with a beach and a bathing pier. Within 30 min. of driving it is possible to visit larger cities such as Aarhus, Ebeltoft and Grenaa as well as Djursland's many attractions.
On the farm you can find a small farm shop with homemade products.
Apartments with 6-8 beds
The 3 apartments, named Kalø, Marken and Stokrosen, are from 2018/2019. The same goes for the furniture and fixture. The length itself is from the 1930s. The apartments are suitable for families with larger and smaller children and there are between 1 and 2 separate bedrooms in each apartment as well as the possibility of a sofa bed in the living room. The sleeping accommodation consists of both double bed, bunk bed and sofa bed.
The location of the apartments with a total of 22 permanent sleeping places makes it suitable for larger groups to visit Molshøjgård.
Facilities
Private entrance, terrace, combined living / dining / kitchen room, private bathroom with shower and separate kitchen with large fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob and dishwasher for each apartment. In addition, there is free Wi-Fi and TV, with the option of streaming own channels over the TV.
Included in the rent is electricity and water consumption, final cleaning as well as bed linen, towels and tea towels - all fabrics are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 labeled.
