Cirkus Grand Danois brings the circus ring to Festugeparken in the heart of Aarhus. Here you can experience Danish contemporary circus with acrobatics, music and humour as DYNAMO and Cirkus Grand Danois offer a glimpse into life in a small travelling circus company.

The performance explores the company’s wishes and dreams, combining the energy of traditional circus with contemporary circus in an urban setting.

Street theatre at Aarhus Festival

Cirkus Grand Danois is part of the street theatre programme at Aarhus Festival and can be experienced in Festugeparken from 2 to 4 September 2026.

The street theatre programme is supported by Salling Fondene and has been created with advice, input and collaboration from Børnekulturhuset and Musikhuset.
