Gastromé is a small evening restaurant located in a beautiful villa in Risskov in the outskirts of Aarhus. The menus are seasonal and the ingredients depend on nature and the time of year with good seasonal produce by local fishermen, farmers and breweries etc in and around Aarhus. When you visit Gastromé you will experience that the atmosphere is Nordic, the food is modern, the wine is from all over the world and the service is grounded and down to earth.

MENU and Lunch

Gastromé’s MENU, featuring 6 snacks, 6 savoury dishes and 2 sweet servings, aims to take you through the season from a gastronomic perspective. At its heart is a love of local European produce and distinctive flavour experiences, free from dogma.

On Saturdays, you can enjoy Gastromé’s Lunch Menu with 3 snacks and 3 servings. The lunch menu is inspired by the season’s snacks and the current menu.

On Thursdays, you have the option of a tailored MENU with 3 snacks and 5 servings.

Managing the restaurant is Gastromé CEO Nanna Panduro, who with her background as a business psychologist ensures a very special guest experience.
