VRH offers a wide range of venues that you can book individually or combine to create larger set-ups:

• The Exhibition Hall: A large, flexible hall with capacity for up to 1,900 people, ideal for trade fairs, concerts, conferences and large corporate events.
• Stones Hall: The largest event venue with its own catering kitchen, accommodating up to 350 guests.
• Hendrix Hall: A bright and stylish meeting and event venue with a production kitchen and flexible layout, accommodating up to 175 guests.
• Gasolin Lounge: An atmospheric lounge area with a bar and panoramic views over the exhibition hall, accommodating up to 120 guests.
• Hendrix & Gasolin combined: The two venues can be combined to form one large, contiguous event and meeting space of 420 m² with room for up to 275 guests. Perfect for events requiring both meeting facilities and a lounge atmosphere in the same setting, or for larger parties.
• In addition, there are four sports halls and two halls that can be converted into exhibition spaces, trade fair areas or activity zones for larger events.
• The Team, Upstairs and Activity club rooms: Smaller, simple rooms for meetings, small corporate events and private functions. Upstairs has its own kitchen, and all club rooms have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a fixed sound system, as well as the option to hire microphones, a SMART TV, a projector and a screen. A great, affordable alternative when your event doesn’t require the scale of our larger event venues.

All event venues feature built-in sound and AV equipment, free Wi-Fi, flexible table layouts, a bar and a production kitchen, and you can add everything from a technician and stage to large screens and staff, ensuring your event is completely tailor-made.
