The brewery Bøllingsø Bryghus is a microbrewery placed in the old Engesvang Inn, with the idea of a commercial-based cultural venue. It cherishes local values and good craftmanship, and is centered in voluntary interests.

Bryghuset is a small cultural centre based on a working microbrewery with a beer café. The bar and shop are open every Wednesday from 16:00 to 20:00 and Friday from 16:00 to 21:00 - all year round. The brewery also organises guided tours, cultural events and lectures based on good local beer.
