Right in the heart of Aarhus – in the former main library on Møllegade – you’ll find Roberta’s Society. A vibrant building where the city’s history meets a modern hotel, hostel, restaurant and events concept, and where both overnight guests and locals come together under one roof.

The old library premises are now brimming with new life, yet the building’s history is still palpable. Where there used to be books on the shelves and reading rooms, there are now long tables, meetings, dinners, music, workshops, conferences and parties. Roberta’s was created as a social hub, and this is also reflected in the way they organise events: professionally, flexibly and with room for personality.

Meetings and events with room for more

The venue houses a variety of event and meeting spaces, so the setting can be adapted to suit everything from small meetings and creative workshops to larger conferences, corporate parties, receptions and private functions. Choose from intimate meeting rooms, The View with a view of ARoS, Roberta’s Stage for presentations and cultural events, or Cantina when you need space for a larger gathering.

Food and drink are a natural part of the venue. Their kitchen and bar can cater for everything from breakfast, meeting refreshments and sandwiches to group dinners, party menus, cocktails and cold beers – whatever the day or evening calls for.

And if you want your event to be more than just a meeting, a meal and then home again, there are plenty of opportunities to make it something special. Roberta’s offers, amongst other things, shuffleboard, pool, darts, table tennis and cornhole, and with a restaurant, bar and accommodation all under one roof, the whole event can be held in one place.
