Experience the people from the Viking Age, Iron Age, Bronze Age, and Stone Age in the many working workshops at the market. Many of the stalls are working workshops where you are welcome to ask questions. Sparks fly at the blacksmith's forge, natural dyes work magic with wool yarn and nature's palette, they work with wood, wool, leather, and much more.

In addition to the many craftsmen, warriors also come to the market. It will show whether they ensure peace and order or create noise and chaos at the market. Brave girls and boys can engage in a duel with a fearsome warrior or try their hand at archery. There are various fun activities for children.

The Hvolris Medieval Market takes place every year on the second full weekend in September.
