Helenestræde in Randers

Helenestræde in Randers got its name around 1795. Previously it was called Helvedesgyde and it is known from the Middle Ages that the city's promiscuous ladies hung out in the street.

On the small, cozy square stands the bronze sculpture "Happy Man". It was created by the Estonian artist Tauno Kangro and was unveiled in 1996.
