An Evening with Priscilla Presley

Priscilla Presley returns to Randers as Memphis Mansion presents An Evening with Priscilla Presley at the culture center Værket. Here you’ll have a special opportunity to get up close to one of the most prominent figures in the story of Elvis Presley, Graceland and American popular culture.

The evening will take place in the Main Hall at Værket and is structured as a talk show, where Priscilla Presley will share stories from her life and experiences. The event is aimed at anyone interested in Elvis, music history, film, cultural history and the personal stories behind the great icons.

Stories about Elvis, Graceland and life in the spotlight

Priscilla Presley married Elvis Presley in 1967, and together they had a daughter, Lisa Marie Presley. Although the marriage ended in 1973, they remained friends until Elvis Presley’s death in 1977.

At the event, Priscilla Presley will talk about her life with Elvis, her motherhood to Lisa Marie Presley, and her role in the story of Graceland. She was a key driving force behind the opening of Graceland as a museum and cultural institution in 1982.

From actress to author and producer

The evening also offers an insight into Priscilla Presley’s career as an actress, author, businesswoman and executive producer. Among other things, she is the author of the book *Elvis & Me*, on which Sofia Coppola’s biographical film *Priscilla* is based.

Memphis Mansion brings Priscilla Presley to Randers

The event is presented by Memphis Mansion in Randers, which is also organising the Meet & Greet event with Priscilla Presley on the same day. Memphis Mansion is known for its Elvis-themed world and its close connection to the story of Elvis Presley, Graceland and American culture.

The event takes place indoors in the Store Sal at Værket.
Seats are numbered.
Doors open half an hour before the start.
The expected duration is approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes without an interval.
Værket is located in the northern part of Randers city centre, a 10–15-minute walk from the bus terminal and Randers railway station.
There is time-limited parking at Værket.
Værket has disabled parking at the main entrance, as well as wheelchair and companion spaces by arrangement with the ticket office.
