Bouchon brings a French bistro atmosphere to Jægergårdsgade in Aarhus. Here you can settle down with a glass of wine, share small dishes with friends, or enjoy an entire evening centred around food and wine.

The wine and food bar was created by four restaurateurs with experience from some of Denmark’s most notable restaurants and inns. The result is a place where quality, hospitality and a love of good ingredients go hand in hand.

Hand-picked wines and personalised guidance

Wine is the focal point at Bouchon. The wine list features both classic European wines and natural wines, and the staff are happy to help you find the right bottle or glass to suit your taste.

Bouchon has a particular fondness for wines from Europe’s cooler wine regions, but the selection is wide-ranging. You can enjoy the wines on the premises or take a bottle home.

The kitchen serves small dishes and seasonal offerings inspired by French cuisine. The menu changes regularly and is based on quality ingredients and simple flavour combinations.
