Outdoor ice skating rink in Aarhus
From 1 November, you can once again skate on the outdoor ice rink in front of Musikhuset Aarhus. It is free to use, and you can hire skates at the rink.
Outdoor ice skating rink
Get your skates out and enjoy a trip on the ice. It's great exercise – and whether you've tried it before or not, it's great fun. The ice rink is open 24 hours a day. Please note that the opening hours for skate hire may be affected by weather conditions.
If you're not a pro on skates, or if the kids need a little more action, you can take a short detour to the new nearby playground PARIS, which is also located in Musikhusparken.

- The opening hours for skate rental may be affected by weather conditions
- Outside the skate rental opening hours, please note that the ice is prepared every morning between 7 and 10 a.m. When the ice resurfacing machine is on the rink, you are not allowed on the ice.

This helps against the cold, but also takes a lot of the impact if you fall.
