Vestergrave 42 in Randers
The half-timbered building at Vestergrave 42 in Randers, which has a facade facing Vestergrave and a side house facing Lille Rosengård, dates back to 1600 and was protected as a monument in 1919.
The property has been used as a warehouse for many years, but was originally built as a residence/workshop for two families.
Experience the architecture in the streetscape
Vestergrave 42 can be experienced as part of a walk through the older parts of Randers, where classic façades and historic buildings create a unique atmosphere. The building itself can only be viewed from the outside, but it stands as a fine example of how the city's architecture reflects Randers’ history and development through generations.
