Restaurant Syv Ni 13 is located on the 19th floor of Denmark's tallest wooden building TRÆ in the centre of Aarhus, just a 5-minute walk from Banegården, Musikhuset and Dokk1. The restaurant is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the city and water.

Informal fine dining with seasonal ingredients

The kitchen draws inspiration from flavours from around the world and uses seasonal ingredients. That is why the menu changes approximately every two months. The chefs work on the principle that food should taste delicious and be filling, as well as being presented in a simple, Nordic style.

The restaurant's waiters have a natural and relaxed approach to both food and wine selection, and you can also choose to order a wine menu of 3 glasses that pairs particularly well with the current menu. The restaurant's wine cellar houses exclusively European wines, and there is something for every taste. Be sure to ask for the cellar card or non-alcoholic alternatives.

An evening of relaxed social dining

It sounds fancy, but it simply means that the dishes are made for sharing and served in the middle of the table - just like at home with mum. The only thing you and your guests have to decide is whether you want a 4- or 7-course menu. There are always 3 snacks to start with. Then it's just a matter of knocking 7-9-13 under the table and enjoying an evening of delicious food and great views.

The kitchen naturally takes allergens and preferences into account.

LUNCH AT THE TOP OF AARHUS

From Wednesday to Saturday, Restaurant Syv Ni 13 is open for lunch and, just like in the evening, serves dishes selected from the best seasonal ingredients in a simple Nordic style – now à la carte. The kitchen offers its own versions of lunch classics from around the world, such as steak tartare, shrimp salad, croque madame and seasonal fish.

Like a good deal and an easy choice?

The kitchen has put together a 2- and 3-course lunch menu with their own favourites. You get a starter and a main course with the 2-course menu, and a dessert with the 3-course menu. The dishes on the menu change with the seasons.
