Restaurant Hærværk in Aarhus has once again been awarded a Michelin Green Star for 2026. The menu is put together on a day-to-day basis, drawing on seasonal produce and close collaboration with the restaurant’s suppliers.

At Restaurant Hærværk, there is no set style. Instead, the menu of the day is created with culinary knowledge and craftsmanship, where it's about being able to interpret and get the best out of exactly what's good right now.
An award-winning experience
Restaurant Hærværk was awarded a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Nordic Countries in both 2019 and 2020. In 2022, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin Green Star, and in 2026, Hærværk has once again been awarded a Michelin Green Star.
