A historic inn in scenic surroundings

Kollerup Mølle is situated just outside Hadsten in the beautiful Favrskov area and traces its origins back to 1313, when the site served as a watermill for the area’s tenant farmers. In 1959, the mill was converted into an inn, and today these historic buildings are once again bustling with life.

The inn is decorated in the style of classic English village pubs. Here you can settle down at the bar, enjoy a drink or a bite to eat, and soak up the old-world charm of the mill.

Pub atmosphere and classic dishes

On the menu you’ll find simple pub fare such as fish and chips, shepherd’s pie and paninis. The bar offers draught and bottled beer, wine, coffee and non-alcoholic alternatives, amongst other things.

The selection includes, amongst other things, beer from Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri and gin from Favrskov.

Live music, quizzes and other events

Kollerup Mølle regularly hosts events. The programme may include live music, concerts, quiz nights, beer tastings and events featuring food cooked over an open fire.

This gives you the chance to combine your visit to the inn with an evening of music or other experiences.

Stay overnight at Kollerup Mølle

If you’d like to stay a little longer, Kollerup Mølle also offers accommodation. There is an apartment that can accommodate up to five guests, as well as a double room. Both have en-suite bathrooms and access to the outdoor areas by the lake and in the woods.

Breakfast is not available, but the rooms are equipped with facilities for making coffee and tea.
