Harbour tour with Lillebjørn on Randers Fjord

Take a harbour tour on Randers Fjord with the ship Lillebjørn and experience Randers from the water. Lillebjørn, a charming ship from the 1930s, sails you through the North Basin, South Basin and under Randers Bridge.

North Basin and South Basin

On the harbour tour you'll see the North Basin with Kornkajen, Dronningekajen and Kulkajen. The tour then goes around the pier and through the south basin past Gødningskajen, Tronholmkajen, Energikajen and Randers Bridge.

The history of Lillebjørn

Lillebjørn was probably built in Germany and arrived in Randers in 1948. The ship is believed to have been used by German troops during World War II in Sønderborg from 1940 to 1945. After the war, the ship was left in Sønderborg and later came to Randers under the name Lillebjørn as the "little brother" to the harbour's large tugboat and icebreaker S/S Bjørn.

Practical information

  • Starting point: Toldboden
  • Duration: approx. 1 hour
  • The ship is covered
  • Bring your own food is allowed
  • Access is a little tricky, but Lillebjørns Crew will help with a steady hand. So you can be completely safe.

Experience Randers in a unique way and let Lillebjørn take you on a historic and scenic trip on the fjord.
