The Christmas tree is lit on the frigate Jylland
Aboard the historic warship Fregatten Jylland in Ebeltoft, Christmas is welcomed with lots of cosiness and atmosphere for the whole family. Experience the lighting of the frigate's large Christmas tree at 4 p.m., when Santa Claus will also draw the lucky winners of this year's Christmas competition.

Explore the ship Fregatten Jylland and see if you can find all the little Christmas mice that are swarming among sailors and princesses.
Hear stories about how the crew celebrated Christmas on board, often in distant and warm climes, and experience Christmas being heralded with a cannon from the 1800s!
The museum and the frigate are open from 10:00 to 16:00.
The Christmas tree is lit
After the day's programme, the Christmas tree will be lit at 4 p.m., and there will be festivities until 6 p.m.
To participate in today's Christmas competition, you must hand in your competition coupons by 3.30 p.m. at the Maltfabrikken – and as the winner, you must be present to receive your prize.
There will be lovely hot drinks and sweet treats while the Christmas lights are lit on the ship and in the harbour. The event lasts until 6 p.m.
