The Christmas tree is lit on the frigate Jylland
At the end of the traditional Christmas tour through the city, the Christmas parade ends at the frigate Jylland. Here, there will be a festive finale with lights, music and Christmas spirit when the frigate's large Christmas tree is lit at 4 p.m.
Santa Claus will be counting down and drawing the lucky winners of this year's Christmas competition. To participate in the draw, competition coupons must be submitted by 3:30 p.m. at Maltfabrikken – and winners must be present to receive their prize.
From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., you can warm up with mulled wine, hot cocoa, apple slices and roasted almonds, which you can buy at the ice cream parlour at Brasserie 1864. After the tree is lit, Brasserie 1864 invites you to a communal dinner in the restaurant from 5:00 p.m.
