BIENNALE + BRUNCH
8 and 15 February
Stop by Brasserie 1864 for a delicious Sunday brunch before continuing on to Glas - The Museum of Glass Art to digest a round of exciting crafts and design at this year's Biennale.
At the Biennale for Arts and Crafts and Design, you can experience 26 of today's most exciting designers and artisans presenting their take on the themes, techniques and materials that are shaping the development of Danish arts and crafts and design right now.
Brunch is served at 10 a.m., and you decide when you are ready to move on to the museum, where the admission ticket is valid for the whole day.

Artist talk Biennale - Ceramics and creatures of nature
10 February
Are you interested in artistic work with ceramics? Hear sculptor Malene Hartmann Rasmussen present her work “Viper weave” at the Biennial for Crafts & Design at Glas - The Museum of Glass Art in Ebeltoft. Afterwards, Rasmussen will talk with the museum's director, Mikkel Elming, about her process and craftsmanship in the museum's Lounge.

Visit Glas after closing time for a Friday bar, where the museum's new art director, Pernille Taagaard Dinesen, will start by opening the engine room to the museum's unique collection of glass art: Which works from the collection stand out as masterpieces? How do you select a masterpiece? And why is it important if a museum wants to seek state recognition? Come along and learn more!
