Villa Kampen

In the 1902 substantiated Hack Kampmann a house for himself and his family on Beach Road. Villa match, which the house is called, is strongly influenced by the English architecture.

Although it does not look like that at first glance, the house plan totally irregularly built. This is typical of contemporary English villas.
Home and Garden goes into a higher unity. Rough Differences in the grounds have been used in a great grip, so the house looks as if it grows out of the rock and the green.

Originally stood Villa Kampen next to another house, which was identical and performed by Kampmann to a bank manager in town. Both buildings were in a rough several years for use as an institution. Gemini house was unfortunately demolished and replaced by the large concrete building on the left side of the house.
