Molslaboratoriet

In the middle of the beautiful hills in the heart of Mols Bjerge, you will find Molslaboratoriet – a part of the Natural History Museum in Aarhus.

In the surrounding area, you can explore the wild, unmanaged nature for free. Here you can take a hike among wild horses and experience cattle roaming freely in the area, as before man arrived, which means a profusion of flowers, insects, and birds.

Pejsestuen

In the area, you find two marked paths of approx. 3.5 km each, but you are also very welcome to cut across. Behind the farm, which is the core of Molslaboratoriet, you find the Pejsestuen, where you can borrow equipment and get ideas for nature safaris for kids and their parents. There are also many guided trips out into the area – keep an eye out for entries in facebook and the local newspapers.

Molslaboratoriet can also be booked for courses and meetings – right in the middle of nature.
