The aim of the theatre is to incorporate the children in the shows. Most famous is Børnekulissen Hat Theater - a sort of theatre sport for children.
Børnekulissen is also the publisher of the cultural calendar "Det' for BØRN" - an overview of the cultural activities for children in Århus.
