At the Nordic Choir and Cultural Festival choir singers and conductorshave the opportunity to work together with some of the most brilliant instructors in Scandinavia. They are also given the chance to listen to world-class concerts, sing concerts of their own and be inspired at numerous workshops and by the participants in Aarhus International Choir Competition.
The interest in Aarhus International Choir competition has been enormous, and NKKF has now selected the following 7 choirs for the competition:
- Ekatarinburg Municipal Choir ”Domestik”, Russia.
- Cond. Valery Kopanev Suisapäisa Mixed Choir, Estonia.
- Cond. Kuldar Schütt Junges Vocal Ensemble, Germany.
- Cond. Klaus-Jürgen Etzold Uranienborg, Norway. Cond.
- Elisabeth Holte Sofia Vokalensemble, Sweeden.
- Cond. Bengt Ollén Kammerkoret Hymnia, Denmark.
- Cond. Flemming Windekilde Camerata Chamber Choir, Denmark.
- Cond. Martin Nagashima Toft
