Aarhus has wellknown museums - Something for everybody
Enjoy a visit to the open air museum Den Gamle By (The Old Town) in the center of the city. Here you simply step right into life as it was in a Danish provincial town in the days of H. C. Andersen. Less than 10 min. away lies ARoS the main art museum and a fascinating museum for both adults and children. Most exciting is the five meters high statue ‘BOY’. He is true-to-life and perhaps also a bit scary. And don't miss Moesgård Museum - a travel back to the earliest period of the Viking Age. |
