From huge stadium concerts featuring Metallica, George Michael, and other great artists, to small and intimate concerts with new Danish bands and artists such as Death to Frank Ziyanak, Mani Spinx, and Mike Sheridan: come to Aarhus and experience the many different stages and venues, there are plenty to choose from.

 Aarhus is a city with a very broad and lively music scene, and in addition to the large music events and festivals, Aarhus has a lot of venues that during the year host lots of events and concerts. These venues comprise both large stages, such as the Atletion, Train, Concert Hall Aarhus, and Voxhall, and smaller and more intimate stages, such as Fatter Eskild, Musikcaféen, and pAKHUSET run by the sTUDENTERHUS åRHUS (the Students’ House). Moreover, in the summertime, the Tivoli Friheden amusement park hosts concerts every Friday under the theme of Fed Fredag (Fun Friday), and lastly, some cafés and bars also offer live music on weekends, including at the Vadestedet and in Frederiksgade. |
