The Danes are demanding organic food and high-quality fresh raw produce and this has had a major effect on the town’s caterers which in turn has resulted in many of Denmark’s finest chefs settling down in Aarhus.

The Koch brothers
Down at the harbour the Koch brothers opened a ‘multi-food house’ in the spring of 2004. Here the identical twins Jesper and Michael Koch practice their skills and spoil the visitors with both a gourmet restaurant and a brasserie.

Jesper and Michael Koch have both gained immense experience as chefs at some of the most distinguished restaurants both at home and abroad and have also collected many awards at various prestigious competitions along the way.
