Comb maker´s workshop became a brewery The Saint Clement brewery in Kannikegade 10 is on a historic site with metres-deep culture layers, taking us 1100-1200 years back in time. During excavations in 1992 a section impression of the culture layers was made. This section impression is on display here in the Saint Clement brewery. Among finds on the site are a fireplace, a paved road, and waste from comb production. We recommend that you enjoy the good house brew as you study the section impression.
